BEDFORDSHIRE 1990s RENOVATION

This gorgeous property is a million miles from where this project began. When we were first assigned this 90s build it was dark and dated with lots of small, uninviting rooms. Our aim was to create a modern family home around an open-plan that felt bright and interconnected.

The client was keen to display their extensive collection of paintings and photographs. Therefore, the walls in the main spaces used a limited colour palette so that the eye would be drawn to the artwork.

The natural oak wood flooring adds warmth and continuity to the space and the brick slip wall added much-needed texture.
