BIRMINGHAM APARTMENT COMPLEX 

We were asked to get involved in the conversion of Beaufort House in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter, from a 1930s office building into a luxury apartment complex. The aim was to design a modern show home which echoed the historic location of the building. We wanted to create a light and airy environment that made the most of the original features and reinstate those that have been lost over time.

The apartment combines rustic laminates and wallcoverings with plush fabrics and ultra-modern gloss furnishings. The result is a space that is suitable for modern, city-centre living which is in harmony with its industrial past.
